ZENZR Digitalized Quality Control
From a Legacy of Entrepreneurship
ZENZR was founded in 2020 by three entrepreneurs who recognized the need for a more comprehensive solution for measurement and monitoring across industries. Their vision was to combine in-house developed sensor hardware with smart data management and user-friendly software. The result: highly accurate sensors, reliable connectivity, all integrated into an intelligent system designed to operate in demanding environments. All measurement data is automatically collected, analyzed, and presented in the ZENZR application.
Backed by Expertise
Early on, at the end of 2020, ZENZR secured investment from Kompani 3 Holding, which has financed the development to date while contributing extensive experience in marketing and corporate management from Kinnevik.
The Ability to Measure What Matters
With experience from the construction industry and insight into the strict safety requirements set by the Swedish Work Environment Authority, ZENZR developed its Construction Program. The solution makes it easy to monitor critical parameters in real time, ensuring both safety and quality on projects. The program includes measurement points for:
- Climate: temperature, relative humidity, water content (g/m³), vapor pressure (kPa), dew point, and more.
- Gases: CO, CO₂, NO₂, O₂, NH₃, among others.
- Flow: pressure and water flow.
- Energy: measurement from main distribution to sub-distribution.
- Particles: dust and airborne particles.
- Sound: noise and sound pressure (dB) according to SS-EN 61672-1.
Focused on the Future
In 2024, ZENZR was granted a patent for a sensor measuring moisture (RF) in concrete. The in-house developed concrete sensor is currently being refined in tests and will be available through resellers in the autumn of 2025. Based in Lund, one of Sweden’s most innovative cities, we are developing the next generation of measurement solutions with the goal of making construction sites and buildings safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. The company is run by a core team of employees supported by a network of experienced consultants, enabling us to deliver robust solutions tailored to demanding environments.
